Im a mum of 4, im a multiple business owner, a wife and a major foodie

Im also someone who is obsessed with my work and obsessed with my family so in the past other areas of my life, including my own health & wellness, have been neglected

I lost all sense of balance & lost myself a little along the way

Over the past few years i've spent a lot of time getting to know myself again. I've leaned into self development & positive daily habits & routines and this has resulted in a more confident, productive, happy and more satiated version of myself who now has BALANCE
